Best Dining in Jackson Hole

My favorite dining in Jackson Hole

This list came about due to friends visiting and requesting the same information over and over, so I’m finally happy to direct visitors to my website blog to detail all the info in one place.  This is exciting progress for me!  See below for my current restaurant recommendations when visiting Jackson, Wyoming or Grand Teton National Park & Yellowstone.  It’s a work in process, so I will continue to update as I have the time and try new places this season. Above all, we want you to have the best experience when you visit.  Thanks! Melanie

Dining in Jackson Wyoming – be sure to get reservations!! Online or call:

Kampai –  https://www.kampaijh.com/  This is a must see if you like sushi; this is the best Nigiri and Sashimi in the country; it is fresh off the plane from Japan.  The menu is next level.  The ambience is serene & modern; and you must check out the rooftop experience.  The level of detail at creating this place is exquisite; clean lines &  ambient lighting; notice the glassware and plates.  Sake in handmade pottery, a Bonsai in the center stage…

Glorietta – https://www.gloriettajackson.com/ Excellent freshly created food, all of my friends from Park City always eat at this restaurant when they come.  American Bistro mixed with Italian pastas and things; I absolutely love the cocktails in antique tea cups and the quality of meals.

Figs – https://www.hoteljackson.com/eat-drink/figs This is my favorite restaurant, located inside Hotel JH it’s true Mediterranean cuisine, straight out of Lebanon  SO AMAZING a must see if you like middle eastern cuisine – best in the country and possibly the world, due to it’s true authenticity.

Local – https://www.localjh.com/ Excellent happy hour stop, great drinks and good food, reasonably priced

Calico – https://www.calicorestaurant.com/ located on the Westbank – Teton Village Road (so stop by after skiing) cheaper American – Italian Bistro (pizza & salads) great for families; the kids run around on the yard in between Calico and Westbank Sidewinders.

Sidewinders – We haven’t been to Westbank franchise yet, but the restaurant in town off Broadway is awesome and the kids LOVE the arcade.  We just had my daughter’s birthday party here with 34 girls in the old cigar bar.  It’s reasonably priced too; so perfect for families.

King Sushi – https://kingsushijh.com/ The best sushi rolls are at King Sushi; the chef combines all sorts of flavors, sauces, ingredients and cooks the roll to perfection.  Cocktail menu looks fabulous too.  It’s a local favorite, so go early to get a seat, or make a reservation; as the space is a tiny log cabin with an outdoor patio – so fun!

Next, there are 2 main restaurant groups in Jackson after the above.  These are all reasonably priced meals but good quality:

Blue Collar Group – Liberty burger (best burger around), Merry Piglets, Sidewinders, Noodle Kitchen

Fine Dining Group – Cloudveil bistro (plus rooftop), The Kitchen, Bin 22, Gather, Roadhouse pub

**I’ll write more about these soon**

Dining at Teton Village:

Corsa is my favorite, ask for the bartender “Shawn”.

Off Piste at the top of the Gondola has the best Prosecco.

Il Villaggio Osteria, Westbank Grill, The Handle Bar

Mangy Moose has the best night life for young people as well as an amazing apres ski atmosphere.

Don’t forget the Stagecoach (“The Coach”) Bar on the way home – in Wilson; everyone ends up there at some point.  Thursdays Disco Night, Sundays line dancing and live music.

Start with Breakfast in Jackson Wyoming:

MUST see Persephone.  There is one in town (smaller) and one on the Westbank at the Aspens.  This is my favorite breakfast / coffee place; it’s a high-mountain French Bakery.

The Juicery is my absolute favorite spot; it is the healthiest location around https://www.hbcafeandjuicery.com/ this is right next to Persephone.

Café Genevieve has excellent diner breakfast food as well (right next door to Persephone in town).

Nora’s Fish Creek Inn in Wilson is a must for historical setting and diner breakfast.  Juevos Rancheros are famous here.

Conclude with Late Night:  Girls Night! or Guys Night too

Cowboy Bar (Dancing, Pool Tables & Drinks!), The Rose (late night), Stagecoach Bar (disco & dancing), Mangy Moose

The Start Bus runs all routes, you can take the bus out to Teton Village, Wilson, and back to town. Check here for schedules https://www.jacksonwy.gov/587/START-Bus

Cheers!
